What kind of breakfast is served?
A continental or full English/Irish breakfast is served every morning, freshly prepared. Vegan and other dietary preferences can be accommodated, and kids' meals are available.
What types of room can I book?
There are two double rooms with private bathrooms and sea views, one twin room and one single room, both of which use a bathroom adjacent to the room.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you are arriving early or leaving late, luggage storage is available.
Is there parking at the property?
There is no parking at the property, but public car parks are available a short walk away in the Old Town, and the house is easy to reach on foot from Hastings station.
How close is the beach?
Hastings Beach is 50 metres from the front door, around a two-minute walk.
How far is it from the centre of Hastings?
The house is in the heart of Hastings Old Town, with the town centre, Priory Meadow shopping centre and the seafront all within an easy walk.
Is WiFi included?
Yes. WiFi is available in all rooms and throughout the property and is free of charge.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the property.
Is smoking allowed?
The property is entirely smoke-free and all rooms are non-smoking.
Which languages are spoken?
English and German are spoken by your hosts.
